Tim is a Health Psychologist and Coach. His work focuses mainly on the integration of healthy behaviors to regain balance with an emphasis on Meditation/Mindfulness and Nutrition. He teaches his approach to positive Psychology in Courses and individual Coaching sessions.
Currently he works in a University, teaching medicine students in "Evidence Based Practise" and "Public Health".
He also offers psychological support for people who are long term unemployed.
Currently, he lives in Germany, Hamburg.
